About me



I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My private practice is based in Orpington, Kent.  I also offer telephone and online counselling.

I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space for clients to explore any issues or concerns that they have which may be impacting on their lives, their relationships and/or their emotional wellbeing.

I have vast experience of working with clients within very varied settings such as schools, GP practice, hospice, community counselling as well as private practice. I work with a range of approaches, tools and techniques and offer short term or longer term therapy which will be tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. I am also a Counselling Lecturer.

Professional membership

I am  a Registered member of the BACP  and adhere to their 'Ethical  Framework for counselling professions'.


I receive monthly supervision from a qualified supervisor and engage in regular personal and professional development.
