I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My private practice is based in Orpington, Kent.  I also offer telephone and online counselling.

I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space for clients to explore any issues or concerns that they have which may be impacting on their lives, their relationships and/or their emotional wellbeing.

I have vast experience of working with clients within very varied settings such as schools, GP practice, hospice, community counselling as well as private practice. I work with a range of approaches, tools and techniques and offer short term or longer term therapy which will be tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. 

I am passionate about Women’s issues, particular around life stages, pregnancy, parenting, menopause and relationships.

 I also specialise in working with teenagers and young adults who are experiencing anxiety and personal challenges in relation to transitioning from childhood to adulthood, going away to University, finding their identity, dealing with the negative impact of social media and a wide range of related issues.  

I regularly work with counselling students to support them with the issues and challenges that arise throughout their training and to satisfy their course requirements.  I offer concessionary rates for counselling students.
